Paul graduated from Mississippi State University in 1987 with a BS in Foreign Language and BBA in Marketing. He continued his education at Georgia State University in Atlanta and received an MBA in 1989. After a 25+ years in various leadership roles with US Airways and American Airlines, Paul retired and moved back to Starkville in 2019 and is a member of the Mississippi State's College of Arts and Sciences Dean's Executive Advisory Board. He joined the MissMagHomes team in September 2022.
